A scrumptious milk chocolate covered chewy caramel and nougat, crispy rice bar. Perfect for lunch boxes or a mid afternoon treat! The fairly traded ingredients include fair trade sugar from Kasinthula in Malawi and fair trade cocoa from Kuapa Kokoo in Ghana.
Fair Trade Chocolate
Kuapa Kokoo is a co-op union of 937 village societies, representing about 40,000 farmers. They currently sell about 650 tonnes of cocoa to the fair trade market each year.

Fair Trade Sugar
The Kasinthula Cane Growers' Association (KCG) is Traidcraft's new sugar supplier. In February 2004, Traidcraft's Market Access Centre ran a Trading Fairly Workshop for 33 farmers to introduce them to fair trade, Traidcraft and how their premium committee could operate.
